STAR STUDIOS is a private rehearsal studio in North Leeds available for bands to hire. (we are in the building next door to MOOK).

STAR ADVANTAGE

One of the biggest advantages enjoyed when making Star Studios your first choice for rehearsal studios in Leeds, is the fact that you will never be subject to noise overspill from any other bands. The room is fully sound proofed and you will be the only band in the building at any given time…JUST PERFECT WE’D SAY!!

If you are totally fed up with wasting valuable time (time that you are paying for we might add) humping your musical equipment into a rehearsal studio and setting it all up, then packing it all away and humping it out of the rehearsal room again at the end of your practise session, then we may have a Leeds rehearsal room solution for you right here.

We are now providing a very good quality, great sounding, and very fairly priced rehearsal room in Leeds for a very select number of bands only.

                                                                     

STAR TREATMENT

Our rehearsal studio rate of £10 per hour is FULLY INCLUSIVE, here’s what you get:

1) The! best PA in any rehearsal room in Leeds, we are the only rehearsal studios in Leeds that use the latest room analysis software to ensure the PA System in the rehearsal room is totally optimised and sounding at it’s very best.

2) A Yamaha stage custom drum kit (8”/10”/14”/22” shell pack) including all the hardware you will ever need in a rehearsal studio. The kit is permanently set up, has Remo pinstripe drum heads on it and is tuned to sound like a drum kit and not the boxes it came in!!

3) A 2x12 guitar combo sat on it’s own flight case so you can get to it and hear it, and a double guitar stand next to it so you can keep your pride and joy safe when you are not using it…NOW HOW'S THAT FOR INTUITION?

4) A bass guitar backline system comprising of a cabinet housing a 1x15” and 1x10” speakers and a 1” CD horn. This cab is also sat on it’s own case so that you can hear it and is powered by a Hartke bass head. We also supply a double guitar stand in the bass corner to avoid squabbling :-)

5) A very nice fully adjustable ULTIMATE APEX 2 tier keyboard stand just like the PRO’s use.

6) Shure SM58 and Beta58 Microphones and quality boom stands/cables (as many as you need)

7) FREE & UNLIMITED tea and Coffee!!!

STAR STORAGE
 

At Star Studios rehearsal rooms we have without question THE! biggest and bestist security cages in Leeds for musical equipment storage. These cages are  available at competitive rates on a monthly rental basis.

 

STAR DEALS

We are happy to hear from band’s who would prefer to join our monthly block deal scheme on and save £'s on hourly rates.

STAR FACILITIES

We have a cool chill out area, so you can take a break, relax and have a change of scenery.

We have a kitchen area equipped with a kettle (of course) a fridge, a toaster and a microwave oven..SO MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME

We are in a fantastic location in the very heart of Meanwood. Within a 2 minute walk there are 2 supermarkets, 2 fantastic cafes, a Bargain Booze, and just about every different type of take away food establishment you could ever wish for.

There is also plenty of parking space too.

STAR SOUND

On your first visit our highly experienced in house sound engineer will sound check the band and you will be given a mark-up sheet for the mixing desk. The next time you are in, you can quickly re-set the desk as per your mark-up sheet and away you go. This way you can sound your best, hear what you need to hear and get on with the job in hand…MAKING MUSIC.
